 We begin with separate, confidential intake calls to understand goals, history, and any safety considerations, followed by a focused session either on Zoom or in a neutral Houston location. Typical topics include parenting plans and schedules (weekly routines, holidays, vacations, transportation, and decision-making), communication protocols, and day-to-day expectations around schoolwork and activities. When appropriate, we facilitate practical conversations about property and budgets (non-legal advice) to support later attorney review, and we can help craft temporary arrangements during separation or comprehensive MOUs suitable for counsel or court. If circumstances change, we offer modification and post-decree sessions to update agreements efficiently.
